“Hello Prospective Student Disclaimer: the following experience(s) indicated are solely individually based and such views may or may not be expressed by the university / college in question. All the views expressed are based on the individuals specific program undertaken with RKC Multiple reasons as to why I opted for Robert Kennedy College to pursue my Master's in International Commercial Law One reason was "time flexibility". You can complete the Master's degree within a year or extend it to 3 years. I completed my Master's during the 3 years of Covid (2020 - 2023) The other factor which I experienced was "number of students to professor" ratio. Per module (total 4 modules in my program), there were approximately 15 odd students per professor. Considering that the Master's programs offered by RKC are high octane / intense in nature (you get only get 3 weeks for group assignment and 3 week for individual assignment), the lesser number of students to professor ratio, made things easier for students when communicating and receiving assistance from the professor. The turnaround was very swift. I am not aware about other programs offered by RKC, however, for my program "LLM Int'l Commercial Law", the number of modules were very streamlined - only 4 modules + dissertation as opposed to other universities where you have to undertake 5 or even 6 optional modules + dissertation. How are the modules taught? Recorded lectures with PDF lecture notes. Easy to follow? Subjective as each student will have their own views. My own personal view I was fine with it and I shall explain to you why as follows: One very good thing with RKC is they will provide you with a 14 days "trial account", like an orientation before you begin / start anything. You will login into their system and they will have assigned 1 module within your chosen field of study, which you can download and get a feel of the online campus environment. If I remember correctly (I could be wrong), but you would even get access to the live questions posed by students directly to the professor. So you will get a feel of the interaction between students and the professor When I was assigned this "trial account", I ensured I made full use of it, the entire 14 days and whatever queries I had, I made sure to take it up with the respected admin department. This "trail account" or orientation was very helpful for me to understand how this online campus actually works The professors are super helpful. The turnaround time from question to answer is within 24 hours. My professors for my LLM program would conduct zoom sessions to help us understand the group and individual assignments and what was really required in & out of the assignments, so this was a MAJOR plus. My sincerest and deepest gratitude to my most respected 2 professors. Downside of RKC? Very subjective. Each student will have their own negative experiences. I can only speak about my program and not any other programs offered by RKC. For my LLM in International Commercial Law, my negative experience was the online library with University of Salford where 15 odd students could only have access to 1 book and you had to technically "stand in line". This was very irritating considering you only have 3 weeks for group & 3 weeks for individual assignments. Waiting for 1 book, I would pull my hair out. Online library with UoS is an absolute mess Again keeping with my own program, the "suggested reading material" stipulated in the recorded lectures or PDF lecture notes never coincided with the assignment. This was an issue faced by every student in all my 4 modules. We noticed the reading material shown or indicated at the end of the video / PDF lecture had zero correlation with the assignment. I spent close to USD1,000 purchasing the reading material, but after receiving the assignment, the purchased reading material was actually of no use. These have been my personal experiences, some good, some unexpected. But overall it was fun, I really enjoyed my 3 years with RKC. Have you ever been on one of this "thrill" rides at an amusement park? Where after the "thrill" ride you suddenly have this new adrenaline? Master programs with RKC are like that. Intense and hopefully fun. Any questions, please do kindly feel free to ask. Thank you so much and hopefully welcome you aboard this wonderful "thrill" ride.”

International relations have come into existence ever since Antiquity, when people first organised themselves in city-states. In recent times, when information has become easily transmissible, enabled organisations and businesses to grow and spread and become multinational and some have come to generate revenue that exceeds the GDP of many nations, permitting these organisations to employ extraordinary influence over international politics. The technological revolution and the rise of social media have further linked global audiences in ways that were next to impossible prior. Information is now available a fingertip away, nearly in real-time. Governments and businesses alike are now pursuing professional individuals, skilled in international relations and diplomacy, who can facilitate them measuring up to the needs and challenges of this shift towards globalisation.

The MBA International Relations and Diplomacy will prepare students with the skill set required to understand and confront the challenges and prospects of the contemporary global order, by enhancing the classic MBA with modules on Essentials of Risk Management, Digital Marketing and International Relations and Diplomacy.

The MBA programmes benefit greatly from the internationality derived from recruiting students from across the globe, and drawing on tutors well qualified in their field.
